I had a wonderful experience with Shay at the State College of Beauty Culture. Even though she is newer at haircuts, she did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the results. She took her time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and executed it beautifully. Shay has a lot of potential and shows a lot of promise. I can tell she's passionate about her work and eager to improve. I have no doubt she will get even better with more practice and experience. I'll definitely be returning and will be requesting Shay for my future appointments. I’m excited to see her grow and continue honing her skills. Highly recommend giving her a try—you won’t be disappointed
