Great experience and worth the 1.5 hour trip to ensure fit and customization. The show room was bright, clean and well organized. I was met with friendly staff. Shout out to the warehouse guy who volunteered to run to another warehouse to get the boots and sizes I wanted to try. Settled on the XR200 and after nearly two weeks the boots broke in quickly and are very comfortable. Props to HAIX for the climate system allowing your feet to stay comfortable. This was my first pair of HAIX and won't be my last.

I ordered my first pair of Haix Duty Boots after a visit to the booth at Shotshow. I was impressed by how comfortable they were right out of the box. I always have concerns with different kinds of boots and how well they polish up. They definitely passed the test. Pleased all the way around!
