Super friendly, above and beyond customer service. Bought several pieces of furniture there in summer 2024, one of our dogs got at the cushion on one of the couches and called to inquire about replacing covers smer 2025. Without hesitation they ordered new covers and I had then within 3 days. Quality furniture, lots of selection, happily support this local business.

I’m not normally one to post a review but dealing with Hotchkiss was an overall great experience. Brittany was awesome in assisting us with finding a sectional and even accommodating us with a couch in the meantime while waiting for ours to arrive. The movers were great in setting up and taking away all the garbage too. I will definitely be recommending and dealing with Hotchkiss in the future. Thanks for the exceptional customer service, we love our sectional!

Hotchkiss has AMAZING customer service. We bought our living room set from them and the price for the set was 1/3 of just the couch from Costco. We love that it is a local business and they are so honest which makes you feel good about your purchase. Furniture shopping isint always a good time but they were so fun and their wearhouse sale was a hoot! Had a great experience and am still loving our set a year later. They are now our go to for all furniture needs.
